Property Investors are regular re-financiers of property, often at short notice to support new acquisitions.
Keystone offers a guaranteed 5 day remortgage service from day of offer using Barnetts, an experienced property law firm at £249 + VAT plus £60 to cover searches per property. Disbursements are charged in the normal way and a UK company borrower should allow an additional £50 for legal costs. This facility is not yet available to offshore borrowing vehicles.
