Keystone will lead to individuals aged over 18 and only stipulates that any mortgage granted will expire before the individual's 85th birthday.

British ex-patriates qualify for standard terms provided they have paid UK tax within the last 5 years, have a UK bank account and have an employment contract.

Keystone will lend to partnerships of up to 5 individuals.
