How is Keystone different? 

Keystone is a new entrant to the expanding Buy to Let mortgage market and represents a new and refreshing alternative in residential investment lending. Unlike the rest of the market, Keystone is of the opinion that each individual proposition should be viewed on its own merits without the constraints created by some conventional lending criteria. 

Keystone has been developed by individuals who have been working in Buy to Let market for decades, in fact before the phrase “Buy to Let” was invented and before many of the recognised lending vehicles were even brought to market.  This is why Keystone is able to fund propositions that the rest of Buy to Let market will not even consider.

What can Keystone offer?

Keystone will consider all categories of tenant and all property types and are in the privileged position of being able to lend to offshore limited companies.

Rather than choosing a direct route to market, Keystone has made the decision to work closely with a restricted panel of broker partners.  This is because Keystone recognises that its target market of experienced portfolio landlords are likely to have long standing relationships with established finance experts.
